
Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
At LIVINGROOTS AGRO RESEARCH, we strive to ensure that every product delivered meets our quality standards. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns & Replacements
We accept returns or replacements only under the following circumstances:
You have received a wrong product.
The product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during delivery.
The product is expired at the time of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
The request must be raised on the same day of delivery.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all labels and seals intact.
A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided.
Products that have been used, tampered with, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or replacement.
Returns will not be accepted if:
The order was placed incorrectly by the customer.
The return request is made after the same day of delivery.
The product has been opened, used, or is not in its original condition.
Replacement is subject to stock availability. If a replacement is unavailable, the order may be processed for a refund as per this policy.
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only for approved return requests.
Once the returned product reaches our facility and passes quality inspection, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
The refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.
The refund amount will cover the product value only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If applicable, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.
If your purchase included any complimentary gifts or promotional items, these must also be returned in their original condition. If they are not returned, the value of the gift or promotional item may be deducted from the refund amount.
Self-Shipping Returns
If requested to return the product yourself:
Pack the product securely to prevent damage during transit.
Use a reliable courier service.
Customers are responsible for the shipping charges incurred for returning the product unless otherwise agreed.
Delayed Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the stated processing period:
Check your bank account.
Contact your bank or card issuer, as processing times may vary.
